Booth after booth, I get more excited as I make my way through. I absolutely love Christmas and anything to do with this festive holiday, so you bet I was headed to the One of a Kind Show when it opens its door. It’s one of the most anticipated Christmas shows in Toronto featuring unique products for everyone.

This event has so many fabulous artisans (200 in total) you could literally spend your entire day here checking out the latest in fashions, home decor, food creations and crafts.

There’s something for everyone here at the show, held at the Direct Energy Centre (now known as Enercare) on Toronto’s Exhibition Place grounds. It’s the perfect spot to get all your holiday shopping accomplished, even for those on your list who may be tricky to please.

What I love most about this pop up market is the variety of unique goods offered. From books to ornaments, hand-carved wooden bowls, decorative tea towels, bathrobes, cozy pajamas, and winter hats are just a few of the items you can find at the show. Your wallet can get away from you indeed!

But rest assured, it’s well worth it and you can even snack away on the plethora of delicious samples available while mulling over your purchasing decisions.

The food rows are obviously my favourite part of this show. If you go, get ready to fill up on wine jams, pâté, chocolates, warm pudding, candy apples, cured meats, cakes and even chai tea lattes! Delicious and perfect for stocking stuffers.

Now go get your holiday on and enjoy.   For more information on tickets and show times for Spring and Fall 2018 visit
